I have been using this powder for many months as an added protein source for my smoothies. I consume these smoothies on my "change of lifestyle" days, when I fast and go on a calorie restriction regimen. Not only have I had good results from the organic pumpkin protein powder, but it tastes great and is very convenient to use. My dog likes it, too, as he shares my smoothies on these days.
